Terms and Conditions – MinaaBijoux

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers, and agreements placed through the MinaaBijoux website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Products
MinaaBijoux takes great care in the composition, presentation, and description of its jewelry. Minor color or shape variations may occur due to natural materials or handcrafting.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT and shipping costs , unless otherwise stated.
Please note: Some external apps (such as Shop ) may display incorrect prices; the price on the official MinaaBijoux website always prevails.
Payment must be made in full when placing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. MinaaBijoux is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

5. Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Liability
MinaaBijoux is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear of jewelry.

7. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via minaabijoux@outlook.com . We aim to respond within 3 business days and work with you to find a suitable solution.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and texts on the MinaaBijoux website are the property of MinaaBijoux and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes.
